Antique Victorian 10K18K Gold Sapphire Diamond and Enamel Statement Ring

A distinctive and bold statement ring originating from the latter part of the 19th century. The top section of this Victorian-era ring (1837-1901) is crafted from 10K white gold, and features an oval-cut 8-6mm cabochon sapphire that has been slightly abraded over time. The surrounding cobalt blue enamel work has some slight wear, but is in pristine condition considering the ring's age. Adorning the borders are 8 rose-cut diamonds (approximately 1.5mm each) with distinct chipping and wear. The band, likely a nineteenth-century replacement, is crafted in 18k yellow gold and sits at a size 7.5. This ring is in good antique condition; a rare find and true collector's item.
