This captivating ring is a modified antique from the early 20th century, crafted in warm 14K rose gold. The design features three intricately intertwined serpents, each with hand-engraved scales and distinctively sculpted heads. At the center rests an old European cut diamond measuring approximately 3.35mm in diameter, with an estimated I2 clarity. Flanking the diamond are two ruby simulants, adding a pop of color. The ring has been previously sized and the stones have been reset into prong settings. Rich in symbolism, snake motifs were especially popular during the Victorian and Edwardian eras, often representing eternity and protection. This piece is a size 7.
