Where are you located, and how can I visit?

• Our store & studio are located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. No appointment is necessary, but we do recommend booking one if you’re considering a custom design or engagement ring shopping.

How do I place an order?

• All of our jewelry can be ordered directly through our website. For rings, such as engagement or wedding rings, production begins once your order is placed, crafted in your selected size and metal color. Standard production time is 4–6 weeks. If you need your piece sooner, please reach out here and a member of our team will be happy to work with you to meet your timeline.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

• If the item is in stock, your order will ship within 5 business days.

• For made-to-order rings, our turnaround time is 3–5 weeks before shipment

• For custom rings, because they are created especially for you, production takes 6-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

How are your rings shipped, is it secure?

• Items ordered through True Bijoux online, over the phone, and in-store are shipped via Fed-Ex, Purolator or Canada Post.  Your full name, valid street address and contact information is required for delivery. You will be required to sign for the parcel.

Orders shipped to some areas in the world including Northwest Territories and Nunavut may require a third party shipping company and additional charges may apply.

Check, Clean, and Polish

• You are welcome to visit us in-store anytime for a check and clean of your True Bijoux jewelry. As part of our exemplary customer care, we offer an annual complimentary polish—forever.

First Ring Sizing

• For surprise ring purchases, we offer a complimentary first sizing adjustment within three months to ensure a perfect fit. Some exceptions may apply.

Quality and Craftsmanship

• True Bijoux products are made with the finest materials and expert craftsmanship, which is why we guarantee that every piece from our atelier or designer collections is free from manufacturing defects. In the unlikely event you encounter an issue, our team will make it right.

• When you purchase from us, you become a valued member of the True Bijoux Family. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service that extends well beyond your purchase date.

• Our warranty covers only manufacturing defects.

• It does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, negligence, scratches, discoloration, warped metal, dents, misshapen bands, lost or cracked stones, or lost/stolen pieces.

• Any repair or service performed by a jeweler other than True Bijoux will void the warranty.

Are your prices flexible?

• We’re committed to offering you the best value at fair prices, which means we’re unable to provide additional discounts.

Do you offer any yearly sales?

• Because we try to price our jewelry as fairly as possible year round, we do not offer yearly sales.

What is Affirm?

• Affirm is a financing partner that allows True Bijoux customers to choose a payment plan that’s right for them. Through Affirm, you can choose from multiple monthly repayment plans with starting rates as low as 0% APR for well qualified buyers. Offer is subject to soft credit check and approval. Checking out using Affirm will allow you to place an order, pay over time, without any delay in production or shipment.
  

How Do I Finance Using Affirm?

• At time of online checkout, you can select Affirm as your payment method. Affirm financing cannot be applied to the order after it has been placed. Affirm will ask for you to create an Affirm account and provide a few personal details. Affirm will then let you know immediately if you have been approved for a loan.

Yes! All of our rings can be made in any half and quarter sizes.

I saw a ring on social media that I cannot find on the website – how can I order it?

• Often, we create one of a kind rings using uniquely shaped diamonds or sapphires. In some cases, we are able to re-create a similar ring, note there may be slight variation in ctw, color, or price. Contact us at hello@truebijoux.ca or text 613-232-2229 with an image of the ring you are trying to re-create.

Can I see 3D renderings of my custom ring?

• Yes! When we create custom jewelry, we will typically provide a 3D CAD rendering for approval before we produce the ring in metal and diamonds. This takes about 2 weeks after your custom order is placed.

Are custom rings more expensive?

• No, custom orders can accommodate various budgets with a minimum of $1500.

I have a family heirloom diamond – are you able to reset it?

Yes! We can absolutely reset your family heirloom diamond. Please note that the client takes full responsibility for insuring their diamond during the process.
