This vintage 10K yellow gold “Key to My Heart” charm is circa 1980s and features a satin surface with diamond-cut accents that give it a soft, glittering finish. Measuring approximately 35 x 12mm, it showcases the classic nugget-inspired texture of the era and carries the HAKO 10K hallmark. Refinished in-house to excellent condition, it’s a sentimental piece that symbolizes love, connection, and the idea of giving someone the key to your heart.
